Apply to the MURP

The OIC of the Unit or a Designated Certification Officer should submit all applications for your Unit.

You may apply to the MURP in four ways:
  1. If you apply by postal mail on a Starfleet Academy application, a Certification Application Packet will be mailed. Include 2 oz. of postage. Do not send a SASE. Certficates will not be folded.
  2. You may e-mail the MURP Coordinator directly ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) or via the Online Academy Application.
  3. You may download the MURP applications and e-mail or snail mail the completed forms to the MURP Coordinator.
  4. Submission methods:
    • ONLINE METHOD (Preferred) : You may submit all your forms by e-mail, receive your certificates by attachments and print them out on your own printer. To download the forms click here.
