Incorrect or incomplete information may result in your request being delayed or unprocessed. Please note for level -30 courses you must submit a topic/project idea with your request.
Please note the following:
1. The PD-10 must be taken and passed before any other courses may be taken.
2. If you are requesting either the AE-25 or AE-30 be sure to include your preferred "Callsign". Based on availability it will be assigned to you upon successful completion of the course.

Before submitting your request be sure to check if your selected Course matches the School you have selected. Otherwise your request will be directed to the wrong director which will delay the delivery of your requested exam.
